Return and cancellation policy

A restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders for product, if returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Customized orders cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of the product. If you have made a mistake in the text or customization, we will work with you to correct the mistake and reprint your order at a 25%discount. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you received an item that is damaged, in corrector missing parts: Please contact customerservice@jmstationers.comto report the issue right away for review. Any problems must be reported within30 days of delivery. Please keep damaged packaging and products, as photos will be required for replacement.  Include the following information in your email:

• Invoice number

• Description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the problem


A professional type setter will typeset your text in the final and exact layout requested in your order. While your layout request will be followed as closely as possible, sometimes adjustments are necessary. As soon as the proof is available from the typesetter, we will email a pdf or photo of your text to you. Typically proofs are sent to you approximately 1business day after your order has been processed, but this time may be longer, such as during holidays.  Atypical typeset proof costs $10 for orders under 50 quantities.

You can expect to receive a proof approximately 1-3business days after your order has been processed. Upon final approval of the proof, normal print processing times can be expected depending upon the volume of the order.  We must receive written documentation that a proof is accepted in order to proceed to print.  All corrections or changes are also requested in writing.  Once the final proof is approved, printing begins and it will cost extra to make changes.

Dealers can request credit however, all ordersunder$200 require pre-pay.   In addition, if payment is late, dealers lose the credit option for future orders.
